Michael Sefton, Ph.D. Is a licensed psychologist provider in Massachusetts. He is the Director of Psychological and Neuropsychological Services at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - part of the Whittier Health Network. Dr. Sefton is a member of the medical staff that has 4 psychologists/neuropsychologists, a geriatric psychiatrist, and a psychiatric clinical nurse practitioner. Sefton plans to expand outpatient offering in traumatic brain injury, concussion, and neurological rehabilitation In the coming months.
Dr Sefton will offer biofeedback and EEG neurofeedback on an outpatient basis. Neurofeedback has been demonstrated effective with ADHD and epilepsy among other conditions. Consultation to colleges and sports teams is available.
As a neuropsychologist Sefton has provided consultation on memory loss and aging in addition to the special training in sports-related concussion. Check out this link to a new protocol I am using with concussion patients.
